Strasbourg, Maison des Tanneurs – Etching Signed Sandoz

Charming limited edition engraving of the old Tanneries, the Maison des Tanneurs, on Rue du Bain aux Plantes. Originally built in 1572, the building today houses a restaurant serving traditional Alsatian cuisine.
The etching is hand signed  in pencil lower right and numbered 6/50 lower left.  The artist appears to have signed with the common Swiss last name Sandoz (we cannot make out the first name), and we are uncertain of who the artist is.  There is an engraved annotation which we are having difficulty identfying that may help to identify the location (detail below). It appears to read Rodmas SAS (SAS perhaps indicating a lock on a canal.
