Margo Veillon

(1907-2003)

Margo Veillon was born in Egypt, the daugher of a successful Swiss businessman who ran an import-export company in Cairo, and his Austrian wife.

After studies in Zurich and Paris, Veillon returned to Egypt where she spent the rest of her life, becoming one of the country’s best loved artists.
