Reclining Nude by Karl Schlageter

Karl Schlageter (1894, Luzern -1990, Zürich) studied under Agelo Jank at the Akademie München just before WWI.  He was president of the Deutsche Künstlerverband from 1928 to 1932.  He moved to Switzerland in 1944. His work is included in the collections of the Art Museums of Lucerne and Bern.
