Symbolist Nude – Attributed to William Stauffer

This work is unsigned, but was purchased at auction together with other similar pieces by the Neuchatel artist William Stauffer, and we believe that it is from his hand.

We find that this work is also somehow evocative of the Swiss painter Rodolphe Théophile Bosshard
